The Black Forest

The Black Forest is naturally creepy and frighting, with its twisted bark on the large trees, and the sunlight almost completely blocked by the leaves. This is SilentClan paradise. The history of The Wet Woods has a lot to do with The Black Forest, and it is what led them to find it. It used to belong to SilentClan, who loved the darkness and prey there, but absolutely HATED the fact that their paws kept sinking into the ground every time they stopped. For several moons, they stopped hunting in it. Not on purpose, just because warriors would go hunting in other places, thinking that others would hunt in the Wet Woods. Seeing the opportunity laid before them, ShadeClan snagged the extra territory right from under their noses. SilentClan obviously was not thrilled by this, and later stole a part of their territory, The Black Forest, which they found to like better anyway. Now it is used as a main hunting ground, and has supplied SilentClan well over the past moons.
