9/11/2001 A day no American will or should ever forget. On this day, America stood still in horror as planes struck the Twin Towers in New York, killing millions of Americans and scarring just as many families and even more friends. On that day, a threat to America was made loud and clear and first blood was drawn. Seven years later and we still won't forget. We never should. Liberty cried for justice, the Statue of Liberty cried for the fallen and America banded together under Old Glory to fight back, to search for the living and mourn. We will not forget and we will not surrender. 9/11 shook America to its core. They thought we'd back down and break. They were dead wrong. We stand together for untied we stand, divided we fall. We will not break and we will stand together until justice is served. Millions of families and friends will never forget 9/11. On this day, America shares their grief because their grief is the grief of a nation. The people of Flight 93 proved themselves to be true American heroes. They fought like the best of em' and protected our nation's capital even if the cost was so high. No one walked away from the crash of Flight 93 in a lonely Pennsylvania field. No one can ever thank them enough. You say we don't need to fight, that we're just out for blood, but when we admit we will not fight, all those people will have died for nothing. We will not forget. We will not surrender. Long live the red, white and blue.
